Acephate 75SP is an insecticide for control of pests on selected agricultural areas and noncrop areas. The active ingredient is Acephate, a water soluble insecticide readily absorbed by plant roots and foliage to give systemic control of feeding insects. Insect pests are generally better controlled by ingestion than by contact.
For fire ants, the product may be sprinkled dry around the mound or mixed with water and poured on the mound. See Label for use instructions.
